Dr Sarah Armstrong is a GP with over ten years’ experience working in North Central London. She completed her GP training at the Ampthill & Regents Park Practice and has worked at the practice on and off ever since.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Armstrong is a Clinical Lecturer (Teaching) in Primary Care Medical Education at UCL, where she teaches medical students both in primary care settings and on campus as part of the MBBS programme. She divides her time between general practice and academia, combining patient care with her passion for teaching.

She recently completed a Master’s degree in Health Professions Education at UCL. Within primary care population health, she leads the iBSc in Primary Care Research and Clinical Practice at UCL and somehow manages to juggle all of this with being a mum to two young children.
