We're using 'total triage'

 

Every request as an appointment, medical advice or admin help will be assessed first.

You can tell us what you need either:

  • by filling in a form on our website
  • by filling in a form on your NHS app

A doctor or trained team member will look at your request and decide:

  • how urgent it is
  • who is best to help you, and
  • whether you need to be seen in person, by phone, or by video

This way, urgent problems are dealt with quickly, and everyone gets the right care from the right person at the right time.

If your symptoms get worse while you're waiting, please contact us again or call NHS 111.
