Total Triage Appointment System

Please note from Tuesday 16th September 2025, Ampthill and Regents Park Practice will be implementing a Total Triage appointment system.

All requests for an appointment with a GP, a PA, or a nurse, and all administrative queries including prescription requests, should be made on-line via the practice website (Accurx Submit a New Request).

This system will be open to use between 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
