Reception staff very professional. The nurse who conducted the assessment was polite helpful and explained the reasons for each blood sample.He went out of his way to be of assistance with my queries. . I’ve been registered with the practice for many years and have never been disappointed with the person centred care delivered.

I had my asthma review and the doctor who saw me was the same as last year. He is super caring and explains things clearly. It was also efficient. I really appreciate the care at Ampthill. I don't htink there is anything to do better as the reception as well as doctor were both great.

The reception team are very polite, professional & helpful, I have needed to visit a Dr a few times this year due to ill health and I have always managed to get appointments quickly using the on line system, the Dr’s I have seen have been extremely thorough and supportive. I recently had a routine smear test and again the nurse was very professional, friendly & supportive - I could not fault the service you provide and I count myself very lucky to have such an excellent GP facility - Thankyou

We know that General Practitioners are constrained with their time, but Dr Hussain allowed space to understand the issue within its entirety, and offered targeted support. This wasn’t the first time either!

The doctor actively listened, addressed my concerns, took time, checked in every step of the way to ensure I was fully satisfied, took action and followed up!
